The information on the digital pen is transferred securely over the internet to the iFORMation™ system. iFORMation™ will create an electronic carbon copy of the paper form and convert the handwriting into text through advanced handwriting recognition. iFORMation™ will provide a full audit trail showing when exactly paper forms were filled out, transmitted, who accessed information and what information may have been changed, deleted or verified.
